Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer hassle free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following step:
Email Info@reshoevn8r.com and provide your name, order number and reason. Once your email is reviewed, we will email over a prepaid shipping label to have the item reshipped back to us. You can also call us at 888-636-4730 and we will be more than happy to assist you over the phone.
Refunds
Our goal is to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. However, in the event you are unhappy with a product we will provide a refund up to 30 days after the purchase date.
To initiate a refund, please give us a call at 888-636-4730 or send us an email including your order number, name and reason for the refund.
Please note: All refunds may take up to 7 business day to reflect back into your account.
